    Great stay for the four of us (2 kids, 2 adults). Clean and spacious studio with an eating area. Walking distant to Kyoto Station. Bus stop is right across from hotel. Room has in-unit washer/dryer. 3 blocks from 7-11. Lawson on the same block as hotel. High recommended hotel!

    We had a great stay at this apartment Accommodation. Very clean and roomy, great service from staff. Had everything we needed plus a Family Mart convenience store downstairs. Highly recommend to stay here.

    Great, small hotel, the room was quite compact, but had everything we needed and more. Kitchenette well equipped, washer/dryer. Bathroom with separate toilet. Comfy beds and comfy futon beds for kids. One of the futon mattresses was stained, but as we put a mattress topper on, that wasn't such a problem. I am sure that the hotel would have swapped it had we asked them to. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Location for Kyoto Station is good, a 10 minute walk, but you need to exit the station at the right exit for the best route. We found the main entrance/exit of the station onto the square infront of it, to be the most convenient. Several buses pass the hotel on both main streets. the Indian restaurant around the corner was good for dinner. And there is a Family Mart on the corner for basic groceries. We loved staying here and would choose it again, indeed we hope to return to Kyoto!

    we had a happy stay with full facilities. Near to bus and train station, convenience stores. Hotel is new and staffs are very helpful
