    The staff was friendly and they have coin laundry. Kyoto station was near and there are a few convenience stores nearby. The room was tight especially since we have 6 luggages but overall it’s a great stay.

    It's still worth the money considering the price. However it's a bit too far from Kyoto Station (around 20 mins by walk). And the area surround that is pretty quiet at night.

    Major disappointment was the fact that they clean the room only once after three days. For me, if I come back tired from a whole day of sight seeing and then enter the same trashy room that I left in the morning, it kills the whole point of being in a hotel. I would rather stay in an Airbnb and save half the money!
