    I was so disappointed when we arrived, as the villa rose wasn't even open to public. It's being renovated and has been for a while. So while this work is being carried out, a workman answered door had to call manager, of which we was directed to another hotel, they shouldn't be advertising their property if no rooms are accessible to stay in or use facilities. I was directed to The carlton Hotel, which then directed us to another hotel around the corner, where we finally got a family room. The inconvenience this caused was unnecessary. my little boy was tired from heat and we had to walk a further 25mins to the last hotel to be given our room.

    Not allocated a room then when we chased them three times were given the wrong room, refused to stay as the door did not lock and was insure, no staff on site the kitchen was open downstairs with a large bladed knife left on the side for anyone to access , I don't write bad reviews but this place was really bad
