The location of the guesthouse was perfect
The mattress on the double bed needs to be replaced or at least turned, it dipped a lot. A teenager can't sit up on the bottom bunk bed. The shelf above the basin is too close to the basin, making brushing your teeth awkward. The shower squeaks when you turn it on and the door of the shower does not shut smoothly.

Location. Ease of access with coded door access.
Double bed comfortable, shower old but hot.
Room was not cleaned above head height.
Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, daughter doesn't like spiders.
Room cramped for 4 people.
Bunk bed may need the bolts tightening, bit loose.
Would stay if we were without the kids.

Location, that it was clean and no hassle getting in the coded doors and friendly staff.
Some areas were a bit worn down but great other than that. :)

Room met my expectations for the price paid however doesn't compare to a hotel or decent b&b but you get what you pay for. Stayed in worse for more more, it done the job.
Walls are paper thin, could hear conversations in the next room, the toilet isn't on main drainage some sort of water tank so the bathroom smelt a little and the room door didnt feel very secure like anyone could barge in with no manual lock on the inside.
