Really friendly greeting, parking fine, approx 100 meters to the beach.
Only stayed one night, food - breakfast was great, service was fantastic.
It's not a palace, but the room / bathroom were clean and tidy.
Recommend this hotel to anyone.
No real moans - room was on the top floor, they don't have a lift, keep in mind when booking to state that you need a ground floor room.

The property was clean and well laid out. The room was comfy and clean with a lovely view. Breakfast was amazing plenty of choice.
5 minute walk to the Britannia pier and all that Great Yarmouth has to offer.
The owner and her help were perfect friendly helpful suck nice people.

There were many nice touches, such as complimentary ice creams and sweets. The lady running it was lovely. Good location, easy walk into town and plenty of parking
