The location is perfect and there is onsite parking. The hosts are so friendly. The breakfast was amazing set me up for the day 😆.

Warmest welcome you could imagine, The hotel is spotlessly clean every where. the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was good and plentiful with a choice of cereal, full English cooked breakfast and toast. The location is a 2 min walk to Pier, close to main street but far enough to not be noisy with party goers. great sea view. Thank you Melissa we will return sometime.

It was clean and our room comfortable. Good garden area for our dog. Near to a nice walking trail along the front, with cafes. Parking available. Proprietor friendly and helpful, during the day.
The amount of stairs we had to climb to get to our room, with our bags and dog bed etc. More like a guest house rather than hotel. No actual reception, so if problems, no immediate point of contact to speak to someone. Noisy cars and bikes speeding along the front during early hours. Other residents very noisy at night.
