The Paradise Guest House

We were let down by the dolphin Hotel, we turned up after 2.hrs of driving to be told our room was cancelled after 1hrs walking in the rain with my wife and 12 Yr old daughter and hardly any signal with 5% battery, I saw this place online. It was over double the price but had no choice. Within 20mins we were out the rain and in this lovely place. What made my day was that they quickly and completely sent all emails and confirmation to make entry so easy and the cherry on top was the welcome leaflet with my name on it. It showed the difference between total lake of duty of care (dolphin Hotel) to the caring and warm hospitality of the pardice guest house. Our weekend was excellent because of them. The room, facilities and location right next to pub and beach front completely made up for the extra cost. I would and will gladly pay again for a weekend away at this lovely guest house. I cannot thank you enough. I look so forward to coming back

Wonderfully clean. Very peaceful especially at night.Having a self contained kitchenette was awesome. Great price. Couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough

The only comment i have is the shower head didn’t fit properly

Location was great and generally clean and tidy

My room had a large fridge in it which I presume all rooms have but when I walked in the room I noticed a fusty smell which was clearly the fridge and whatever had been in it clearly hadn’t been cleaned disinfected from the previous occupants or before them

Close to town and beach

No plugs in sink
