We liked the property

The room was comfortable and nice to have a kettle and fridge. We received a complimentary upgrade which was great, as had 2 beds instead of 1. Would definitely return.

Parking was a bit of a pain but not the fault of the property.

Spoke to a really nice guy the morning of our stay who confirmed the booking and was able to tell me about nearby parking (There is some roadside parking outside the property if your lucky, and details of how to obtain a permit are given once you've checked in OR there is parking meter payment just up the road or a 24hr car park literally around the corner) He also said that whilst check in was from 3pm onwards, if our room was ready any earlier, he would contact me. Access to the property and room via door codes was ideal as i could give details to Hubby and son's rather than just 1 key! The location was perfect, 30 second walk to the end of the road and you're on marine parade. Add to that, there was a really nice pub with outside seating too! 2 more minutes from there and you are at the beach! Lovely room, really clean, extra extension leads for appliances, chargers etc, fan already in the room, loads of bath sized towels, fridge, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, plenty of towels and FREE GOOD WIFI!!!

No reply to my messages earlier in the week and they only answer the phone between 9am and 5pm so it made it difficult to get hold of anyone so it made me me panic! Also, there was a kitchenette with sink but no washing up liquid so we bought some, only to discover that house keeping washed up while we were out - that would have been handy to know.

The location was perfect. Had two rooms under one booking and one room was extremely large and had a balcony which was lovely to look out on (didn’t stand on it as wasn’t sure it was safe).

Both rooms had odd smells, the room with the balcony was easier to air out but the other room was very stuffy, and if you tried to open the window there were pigeons right next to it. Tea and coffee facilities needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. One of the fans provided was full of dust so could not be used.
