Very good location, good value for money, staff is so friendly and helpful. Me and my partner stay here and feel safe and comfortable. We would definitely stay here next time and will recommend our friends to stay here too!

I loved the accommodation from the moment I stepped through the door, the hostess is sweet and friendly and upgraded our room as a treat. We felt comfortable and safe, it was easy to access the rooms with no faffing about or overly complex door systems that have confused me at other hotels. I loved eating my dinner by the bay window overlooking the sea. I slept soundly and felt comfy, the size of the room was great and the location was perfect. A few minutes walk to Joyland, the mini train stop and open top bus stop, Brittania pier, lovely restaurants (especially the Chinese shop taste of china which I couldn’t stop visiting). A 10 minute walk to sea life and the largest big wheel in the Uk other than the London eye and a 20 minute walk to the pleasure beach. We were emotional to leave, especially the hotel. It made a brilliant holiday even more special. We will be choosing this hotel when we come back. The entire way home we talked about how we wished we’d booked for longer. If we didn’t have so many holidays booked for next year we’d be back in 2027 but we’re definitely going to be back early 2028 and for a much longer stay at this hotel!

Noisy at night when people coming and going
