    Great location, but some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I paid £15 to store my luggage, then returned after walking around London in sweltering heat and asked if I could check in just 15 minutes early. I was told my room was already ready, yet I was still expected to pay £40 or wait. There was absolutely no flexibility or discretion. Hotels are entitled to have policies, but good hospitality also means using common sense. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.

    Booked separate beds online but on there system it was one bed only had to wait for them to fix it up. However the place was nice and clean and very quiet so had a nice time.

    It was a good stay. Affordable too. First time stay at underground hotel. Had 4 luggages, a bit tight but manageable for two person
