Staff was outstanding, room was clean and spacious, location is perfect for exploring the river walk. The staff was the best part of the stay for sure, all were friendly and helpful.

Yes the room was clean our room wasn’t ready yet so he had to switch and he gave us a drink voucher while we waited and we ended upwith a corner room on the top floor with windows all around it was awesome my wife loved it
