The location was excellent and our room was huge (possibly the largest I've ever had in a hotel) with 2 queen beds as well as a small living area with a sleeper sofa and kitchenette with good-sized refridgerator/freezer. We also had a nice combined view of the pool and Riverwalk. The elevators were quick to arrive and the staff was friendly.
The breakfast was rather basic and a bit diasappointing and parking was very expensive.

I liked how close it was to the riverwalk and Alamo. It was close to almost everything downtown.
The only thing that I really did not like was the bathroom door. The barn yard style doors have no locks and you can see into the bathroom from the side if you’re walking in the room and someone else is in there showering.

Location was ok. The room and inside was really nice and the breakfast was good.
I was over charged for my stay and the lack of professional support and management made this a horrible experience. Will not stay here again and would not ever recommend this hotel based on my experience.
