The entire atmosphere, from the staff, valet crew to the wonderful and cozy room. All complimented each other hand to hand. That shows how management takes service seriously. Bar none! I will be sure to return. Oh the roof top bar/patio.. awesome!
Just remember to change the compliment coffee creamer in the room frequently. Mine was a bit old.

Good location with easy parking. Clean and comfortable.
Could use a few updates to the interior finish, but nothing crazy. The hotel was clean and comfortable; with easy access to Riverwalk / downtown.

Love the room, felt fancy and luxurious had a great view of the downtown area. Was very walkable and a lot of things were nearby.
I didn’t like the fact the listing said “River Walk View/Water View” when the only view i got was a small opening from the tree shrubs and that’s it. Not really any “River View” mostly city.
