    3 to 4 minutes walk from Metro station, the room is classic Tokyo size but has a large shower room. However, not much to do or see nearby in nighttime.

    I stayed here for 3 nights (booked via Agoda – ID 1677997866), and unfortunately the service quality was far below expectations. 1. With a toddler, after travel with a 6-hours-flight, there is still no exception to check in early, even an hour. 2. Room is super small, even i’ve book room for 3 adult but it seems “these 3” has to travel without luggage, I travelled to Japan this is the ninth. 3. During my stay, I interacted with the same receptionist on four different occasions. Not once did she show a basic friendly attitude or even a smile. The service felt cold, unwelcoming, and frankly disrespectful. 4. Over the course of three nights, my room was cleaned only once — and that only happened after I had to go downstairs and strongly request it myself. This is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. 5. On the night of December 29, I was traveling with a toddler and carrying three large pieces of luggage. I simply step forward to ask help to call a taxi. Instead of checking the urgency or asking a colleague for assistance (if she was not available at thats moment), the receptionist immediately told me to wait, with an annoyed expression, and offered no solution (the supervisor can check the camera around 7:30pm to 8:00pm). This shows a complete lack of empathy and service training. I believe that the amount I paid deserves at least just a friendly smile, respect, and a willingness to help regardless of my nationality.
