    Pros😊 : -Food and drinks serve in the common area (very tiny but you can bring your food to eat in your room) their seasonal drinks Ume sake was yummy! -vaccine service on 1F for those shoppers especially convenient for stuff animals/figures you got from claw machines! Space saver! 300JPY@ -self lock bag storage, great help I traveled to various places on my departure date and grab my bags late at night for another place. -walking distance to 2 subway lines (though I was lost and took the wrong exits...) -self check in after 3pm, but the self help storage helped a lot since I arrived early in morning, left my stuff then start my journey. Cons: Though close to 2 subways, need to access your destinations cause it may involve few transits to main stops hence longer walks! But hey you're in Japan, 20 - 30k steps each day is kinda normal😂

    I like the concept but seems that people need real staff to help out more. Love the pantry area and having different snacks and food in different time really making the stay enjoyable. Minus points might be the cleanliness of the hotel, a little smell from the toilet when we flush and also carpets smells old. Quite near to the station that help us commute to the airport and explore Ginza area

    although clean, reception is manned by creepy mannequins making check in a little strange. Breakfast is very basic, rooms adequate although our view was of a concrete wall, usb points were faulty and when we did finally get them to work the charge rate was appalling, taking all night to recharge iPhone from 10%. Otherwise acceptable accommodation
