We stayed in the Deluxe Bunk Rooms (2 rooms for a total of 7 people (2 adults and 5 teens). We had so much room to lounge around, open our suitcases, and still have personal space. One of these rooms could easily fit a family of 5. The toilet is separate from the shower! There are more than three convenience stores within two minute walk, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, train stations. Very close and relazing walk to Ginza, Tsukiji Fish market. It is a quiet area but still has lots to do right when you step outside. The teens really liked the location, and they have been to many different areas and hotels in Japan. The only downside is that the train stations require you to transfer to get to the lines for more popular areas, like Harajuku and Shinkjuku, but once you figure it out, it is really not that big of a deal after that. If laundry matters to you, book rooms on the 5th to the 9th floor for direct access to the coin laundromat, otherwise, you can still access them from other floors with no problem.
