    Great location. Helpful Staff but not 24hrs service desk. No room view window and may need some minor renovation. Bathroom standard not up to cleanliness top marks. .

    The rooms are clean and everything works. Perfect place for exploring the city. The manager is lovely as are the staff. Will stay again.

    As a very simple and least fussy person this place has to be the worse I've stayed at. 2nd trip to Japan and have stayed at multiple neighborhoods but nothing comes close to this one. The staff were terrible, room is dirty and the smallest you can possibly find, 'has window' but totally blocked by the building next to it. Found massive cockroach on our bed casually chilling there. Walking distance to the center like dotonbori is actually long. Honestly do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and have a great holiday.
