Pretty good self-catering hostel/hotel. It's a building mainly for hostel style private rooms with public facilities, toilet and showers, however there are rooms that have fully private bathroom, like this one. This is specifically for room no. 304, and the room itself is fine. Once futons are on the ground, it's hard to walk in the room. The maximum capacity seems to be 4. Once you lay down 4 futons, there's only space to walk on those. The bathroom is small as usual in Japan, this is to be expected at this price point and even at higher prices. If you need more bathroom room, you can feel free to use the public restrooms, they were actually really nice, 99% empty and well cleaned regularly. They are separate for women/men. ALL toilets have bidet. The whole building and your room are keypad locks, no need to carry any keys which is a huge plus. You can get in and leave your room 24/7. They offer luggage storage for before and after check-in/check-out. Very big plus that saved us. There is no staff whatsoever, only the cleaners. If you need any help you can message the staff through Booking chat, they reply relatively fast and are helpful.

The futons are on the leaner side, not really cushiony or thick at all, it's almost like sleeping on a wood with a blanket. It works for most, but not for some. I was fine with it. The private bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, water was everywhere after showering each and every single time. We didn't find any hotel washing mashines, there are probably none. However there are MANY coin laundry places near the hostel, we used one and it was great. We were fine with it, but this place has no daily cleaning/towel change. After all this is not your regular hotel stay.

L'emplacement était parfait. Pas loin du métro et très près du dotombori

Les matelas étaient très affaissés et plus très confortables. L'internet n'entre pas dans la chambre et le wifi entre à moitié. Si vous êtes plusieurs dans la chambre, le wifi est pour une seule personne. Il est possible de partager le wifi , mais le signal entre très mal et si 2 personnes veulent utiliser le wifi, il ne fonctionne plus.
