    Spacious room here compared to other hotel. Cleanliness is very good. The only not so good thing is the neighbourhood but still a great place to stay. Not far from train station

    We loved the big bed. The location of the hotel is not far from dotonbori around 5-10mins by walk but the area of the hotel is less crowded and peaceful. We loved the staff very accomodating. We recommend it for those who want to stay in a good hotel but in a cheaper side.

    We only stayed for 2 nights, but had a great experience. We were able to walk to Dotonbori and not too far from the subway.

    The staff was lovely & the room was spacious & clean but super noisy. There didn’t appear to be any sound proofing/ insulation. You could hear everything happening out in the hallway & a strong draft that would cause our room door to slam when someone else opened/closed their doors. It was as if someone was trying to break in. That was jarring to experience in the middle of the night/early morning. Location to Dotombori is great (10 min walk) & same for the 2 closest train stations (8 min walk). I will say that the area is not quite as clean or safe as other places we stayed at in Tokyo & Kyoto. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
