I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the front desk staff truly made my stay special. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, but I especially want to recognize Steven Chan. Steven went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s employees like Steven who make a hotel feel welcoming and memorable.

There is always a weird smell in the lobby which is a turn off. There should put a airfreshner or smtg. Also the room we stayed in was comfy but there was aircon sound which disturbed our sleep. The location is very good..

Overall, our stay was okay, but our checkout experience left a very disappointing impression. When we were checking out, the staff informed us that a face towel was missing and asked us to pay 200,000 VND for it. We stayed for two nights, and our room was cleaned during our stay. The housekeeping staff replaced the towels on the second day, so we were surprised to hear that one was allegedly missing only at checkout. We were already rushing to catch our flight, and our Grab driver was waiting outside, so we didn’t have the opportunity to return to the room and verify the claim ourselves. To avoid missing our flight, we reluctantly paid the 200,000 VND charge, even though we know we did not take any of the hotel’s towels. In fact, the face towels were already quite worn, so there would have been no reason for us to take one. What concerns us most is the lack of proper verification before charging guests. How can guests be held responsible without a thorough double-check? It also raises the question of whether housekeeping records are being verified accurately before guests are asked to pay. Being charged for something we did not take was frustrating and unfair. While the rest of our stay was acceptable, this experience overshadowed it and left us with a negative impression of the hotel’s checkout process.
