The hotel is located at the city center very easy to access to food and shopping. However, the room got no soundproof and the guests nextdoor were very loud. We couldn't sleep until 1am. But the staff are helpful. They took action immediately after we reported the issue. The breakfast was also nice with this budget.

Being in District 1 and near Ben Thanh Market, we found almost everything we need (and want) by walking around. They have buffet breakfast tie-up with Sabrina Restaurant below which was good (loved their beef pho). Rooms were above our expectations. Service was excellent.

I stay here 3 days and 2 night overall is good for the room/ services and location of the hotel. You can enjoy many activities around the hotel with walkable distance. I really love it! However I have had some bad experiences about the cleanliness and maid where the maid comes to clean my room after a few hrs I checked-in and she forgot to close the room door??????? That’s so bad even there’s nothing stolen but that’s so bad for me! The second, we found the drink (matcha or somethings in a take a way glass kept in the fridge??? Erm! Should they check that too? Before let me check in the room that’s terrible and … that’s all I hope the hotel will improve about this and train their maids to be more careful!
