This was an absolutely terrific stay. Bergen is a wonderful historic place and the Norwegians are a delightful warm hearted race.

Staff was amazing considering the on going strike that affected all the restaurants to some measure. Front desk and bar manager the greatest.

This hotel is an example of the hospitality excellence. From coming to reception and the lady receptionist and young man in the evening every one was extremely helpful. Breakfast greeter and servers were very courteous and helpful. Room appointed to take care of almost all of our needs. I wish we could stay longer.
