Location very close to the rail station. City centre an easy 10 minute walk from where you can get buses and light rail. Also harbour and wharfs in easy reach for food and cruises. Bed comfortable, everything clean, staff helpful. Check in easy and automated.
Lack of room facilities or onsite catering for hot drinks etc, though there is a kitchenette, but you would have to supply your own makings. No plug in the basin. I know they say they’re trying to keep costs down, but not that much cheaper from other options that do offer things like in room kettle, tv etc.

The automated check in & check out was super easy and convenient. Room was way larger than expected.
It was a little loud all night- felt like you could hear every footstep above. Also the shower only had one general soap— this makes sense with the hotel model but caught me off guard without shampoo/conditioner which most hotels offer.

The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable
Breakfast was included one day and not the next without our knowledge. Staff was very rude about it and instead of trying to help they said we booked wrong and basically tough.
