    Pros: location is amazing, good value compared to other booking sites or direct with hotel, desk staff friendly, gave me late check out which was really helpful, nice room. Would go back. Cons: no response to my email pre-trip, room hadn't been properly cleaned, but it was just a couple of bottles left in the mini fridge - I told the front desk and they noted it for housekeeping, but they did nothing about it.

    To improve: - the room was really too small for 3 people. We had hardly any space to walk between the beds and the shelf. - the bathroom is also very small. We had a toilet paper holder blocking the left leg. And there was not enough space for both washbags, unless you accepted that one would be wet from being too close to the tap. Positive: - the location is fantastic!! Really practical, easy to find, at the center of the action... - very good breakfast too. Lot of choices and all very tasty. - the windows are well insulated so despite being on the street side, we didnt hear the buzz from the street. And we enjoyed a brilliant view. - the mattresses are super comfy!!! - the staff is polite and helpful.
