    Clean, comfortable and modern Rooms and bathrooms. Excellent central location. No on street parking but overnight parking facilities available in nearby 24hr private car parks (within 10 min walk). Area can be noisy at night with local bars and restaurants operating until late. Overall a great experience

    The hotel is fine The noise levels at night are insane!! The staff are not particularly helpful at all generally As far as the noise levels are concerned they are aware and even had to transfer guests to the quieter hotel nearby. The hotel needs to put in to deal with the noise levels or at the very least warn guests. Ensuring a good nights sleep is a basic for any hotel!!

    The first day, housekeeping barged in at 9:00 am while we were still sleeping. No replenishment of toiletries and coffee/tea. The second day, housekeeping did not provide bath towels. We had to go to Reception to request them. Very limited space to put toiletries in the bathroom. Very hot in the summer. Air cons doesn’t work. They provide a small table fan which hardly blows any wind and there are no windows to open. It’s like a sealed compartment which can get very hot in the summer
