    Hotel is in a good location. Checkin was great. Room was very nice. Disappointed with breakfast service. Very slow and bad coffee. The accommodation is five stars. Service is not.

    Excellent location and services. It’s actually Hilton hotel with high standard. However, the room is a bit small and the shower is really not friendly. The water will come out all the time for taking bath.

    I am deeply disappointed and upset by my experience at this hotel. The staff and another customer engaged in blatant racial discrimination against me and my companions. Not only did they cut in front of us in line, but they also openly mocked and insulted us, making derogatory comments about Chinese people not knowing how to queue and lacking manners. This behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against basic human decency and respect. A hotel should be a place where all guests feel welcome and respected, regardless of their race or nationality. The staff's involvement in this discriminatory behavior is especially egregious and reflects poorly on the hotel's values and training. I strongly urge the hotel management to address this serious issue immediately. Proper training on cultural sensitivity and professional conduct should be implemented for all staff members. The incident should be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions taken against those involved. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone, especially fellow Asian travelers. No one should have to experience such disrespect and discrimination during their stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes significant changes to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests in the future
