7.2 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Convenient location and overall a pleasant stay. However, at check-in, I was informed that complimentary spa access was included for hotel guests. When I tried to book the spa services the following day, I was told that the spa was no longer complimentary for guests. This was quite disappointing, as the information provided at check-in was inconsistent with what I was told later.

What a lovely hotel, the rooms are just big enough with a cosy modern feel, the spa is heavenly, gym is absolutely big enough for a holiday gym session, staff were fantastic, breakfast delicious, location amazing. Highly recommend

The rooms are uncomfortably small with limited facilities, and the bed was too soft for a restful sleep. While the hotel staff were friendly, they lacked proactive service. On a positive note, the breakfast offered a generous and satisfying spread.
