    Pros: It was near the train station and lots of nearby bus stations. The place was big for 2 persons with 2 big pieces of luggage. The bed was big enough for 2 persons and pillows and comforter were soft. Bathroom floor was heated so it was nice! It was reasonably priced and our stay was comfortable. Cons: It was a bit of a struggle to check-in. The hotel didn't respond to my messages even if i already informed them beforehand that we will be checking in late since our flight arrived in the evening. No responses also even on the day of check-in. Good thing we saw a small map and their instructions outside the entrance to go to their other branch nearby to talk to a receptionist. There was no heater and the AC also didn't blow out hot air even if we put the temperature at 30°C. Rain water also leaked in from the walls with the windows.

    Its hard to check in as entry codes were not sent to me in a timely manner. I had to walk to their other hotels to get my check-in cards. It made me never want to not non person entry ever again, and got me so distrubed, it was hard to enjoy the rest of the day in Bergen. Apparently Agoda does not have as good a connection to this chain as perhaps other booking websites, per the Front Desk people.

    I arrived at night and had no code to enter the room. I didn't receive any information regarding the code to enter my room from Agoda or to my email address. I had Internet all the time and not even received the code in my WhatsApp. I had to ask the same customers I happened to see by chance to help and from their local phone numbers call the staff (apparently there is a Norwegian line only useful if you have roaming which was never explained before. A total nightmare that spoiled my first night in Bergen.Cero consideration for the foreigners. It is a self check in hotel with no reception to attend only practical for locals. Avoid at all cost if you come from abroad. On the other hand the room was ok and clean.
