Hotel exceeded our expectations. Quiet neighborhood with building on wharf. Rooms were well equipped with heated floors, small refridgerator and coffee maker. Our room did not have a view of the water but restaurant and deck does have water views. Breakfast was served at 8 which works out well if you are heading out exploring or to Leknes airport. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items which were included. We ate in the on-site restaurant for dinner and the fresh catch of the day was wonderful. We even saw them bringing the fish in at the wharf. The staff at the restaurant and reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Location is very centralised. Can take a train from the airport and it’s walkable within city area. Breakfast spread was good too

I arrived at the bar at 10:45pm and was told that it would close at 11:30pm - that sounded fine. A party of 10 of us (most of us were staying at the hotel) ordered our drinks. They took a long time - that was fine, we are patient people. While we were waiting for drinks, we were presented with the bill - BEFORE I even got a chance to smell or see the cocktails. It was 11:05, well before closing time. That was rather unprofessional and not befitting a hotel that bills itself as 4 or 5 star. Set whatever closing time you like - but pls provide professional service until the very last minute. You don't cut corners just because it's almost closing time. And pay your waitresses OT so that they don't try to rush the customers out of the door.
