Lovely helpful and friendly staff, buffet had a lot of choice, the setting of the onsen is beautiful. The decor is a bit dated but clean.

Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast buffets were delightful! Just be aware of dated facilities, like others have mentioned.
