I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kumoi. The hotel is cozy, comfortable and has many a small touch which makes for a magical stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfasts were varied and tasty and the location is perfect for exploring the national park.

1、就在溫泉街內，對面就是黑岳纜車，走一百公尺左右就是便利商店，在層雲峽是無可挑剔的地點
2、房間都維持的非常好，是有非常溫馨感覺的飯店，而且充滿榻榻米的芳香
3、晚餐非常有特色，第一次吃到鹿肉排，滿驚喜的
4、旅館員工都是年輕有朝氣的

We like the location in the breakfast. Other than that, the property was very uncomfortable for us. there were no western chairs in the rooms. And I think this is something important that future guests need to know.
No western chairs 🪑 in the room.
No, it’s not a lot of room for storage. Not many flat surfaces.
It is a very Japanese style room, which is fine, but very uncomfortable for me
