Location, onsite onsen, decent buffet.
No English spoken by reception which was an issue as I was overcharged and it took a while to explain the problem. Queues at buffet.

very convenient, easy check in and out. The view on hot baths were amazing and clean.
I was surprised how many places in the hallways had actual water dripping from the ceiling or wall paper peeling at the seams.

The hotel is lovely but could do with a bit of maintenance.

It has a big lobby yet the room was tight especially the shower, toilet area. No hooks or bars to hang clothes when showering or changing.
