Gorgeous Hotel. A visual vibe. The staff is absolutely amazing, the hotel is clean and there’s such attention to detail. Totally worth the price.

The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff! The speakeasy was everything. It is the perfect location for romance or sight-seeing….highly recommend!
