The building and rooms were excellent. The price was outstanding for the rooms and amenities.
They demanded FAR too much online to make the reservation, including photo of my drivers' license. Their computer system to upload that data was glitchy, and the online check-in process was confusing. No staff on-site.

2 BR +2 bath apartment is excellent,spacious and well equipped with 3 large flat screen tv's, washer dryer,dishwasher washer
Check in via their app is a nightmare,code did not open the front door to the building and we did not receive our apartment number even after jumping through all the hoops they presented
Without a helpful employee on premises we would not have been able to open the external building door,nor find our apartment.
The whole self check in automated process is,aimed to save manpower but does not help customer service
Location is too far to walk to French quarter .
No onsite parking though street parking was available and cheap over the weekend.
Management of the Roami seem to take great pleasure in scaring customers that anything they do might result in charges off the $200 deposit they charged us - take out the trash or else,load the dish washer or else.
Window was broken and taped up in living room
