If you are driving in and parking a vehicle, we do not offer on-site parking. We recommend a Park First parking lot located at 740 Baronne St, lot #1150. Cost per night vary based on demand in the city.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $150 for a 12pm arrival or $250 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $150 (an extra 2 hours).

Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

All Reservations require a signed rental agreement and virtual check in. Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.

Guests will receive codes for the building and individual unit prior to arrival.
