So we were there for 6 days, and I really enjoyed myself. The property itself is dated and is in need of upgrades but that didn't disappoint me or ruine my good time. One opportunity I would suggest is to put a dresser for clothing storage in the rooms. We had no where to put our clothes for our stay.
We upgraded to the VIP level and really enjoyed our concierges. Luis, Mauricio, and Raul were all great 👍.
The booze was flowing and there was no shortage of it. The food was ok, nothing fancy but again, that didn't disappoint us either. We are no foodies. We eat because we have too. The buffet could use an overall. It is very small and limited.
Our air conditioner in our room was FANTASTIC! Housekeeping was great. Our in room spa was dirty and our concierge sent someone up immediately to clean it.
We will definitely return and are looking forward to it

Wonderful Hotel, very clean and the staff was very helpful. Needs more handicap access, too many stairs.
