Musty smell, other than that everything was great and hotel seemed clean. Staff was awesome and assisted in getting us a Taxi.

Florence is a beautiful historical city and B&B Galileo enabled us to enjoy it to the full.

The wireless worked well. The room was clean, although the bedspread is beyond its reasonable life-- it's stained and dull. Some of the stains are large: yuck. The property is difficult to access. Check in time is 3:00 p.m., but you are warned ahead of time that there may not be someone there to check you in so you have to contact them beforehand. There is a locked front door, and you have to ring the doorbell for someone to let you in. There is an elevator, but you have to haul your luggage up about 12 or 14 steps to get to it. Then another locked door to get into the lobby. Finally, you can get to *your* door. The television would not turn on. It's okay.
