Overall it was a good experience.
The best thing about the hotel was the staff. From reception, to porters, to cleaners, to restaurant staff, everyone were very nice, polite and helpful.
We asked for our rooms to be cleaned a couple of times during our 1 week stay, they only cleaned the floors and basic surface clean of toilet. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty on our arrival and was never refilled, despite asking a number of times.
Bed sheets were tidied up but not changed during our stay. NOT GOOD.
The hotel itself is in need of a serious upgrade.
The restaurant, same food every morning.
Gets boring after a couple of days.
They definitely need a different breakfast and dinner menues at least twice a week.
