Fantastic location with great facilities. Really happy with our stay there. Staff were all super helpful and friendly.

Swimming pools and water slides.
Food options during lunch and dinner.
The gave us cheaper room than what we paid. We complained and as compensation the gave a massage session, which was a nightmare to be used.
Management is doing poor job. You can tell by seeing employees struggling. Giving incorrect information all the time which makes you lose time instead of enjoying it. Issues like, cleaning the pool while people were in it. Preparing food during meal time, that could have been done earlier.
Breakfast was not varied. Few options.
During meals, you ask for a fizzy drink and it usually arrives when you finished eating.
Will not stay again.
