A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Easy to go to the Medina from there, a taxi was just 40 MAD for roughly 3 kms. The breakfast was great and the pool is a big bonus!

Well located within walking distance from the train station. My room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was adequate and was available beginning at 7:00 for early departures.
Before arrival, I had several questions regarding my stay, but staff was not responsive after three messages sent. I finally had to call to get answers. Fortunately, I live in Morocco, so it wasn't a long distance call.

Handy if you are arriving by train as the hotel is located 10 min walking from the train station.

Ideally located near my point of interest locations, mostly at walkable distances. So spent most time outside and use it as a sleeping place. NEWS, the next door restaurant, is highly recommended for unexpected hunger pains.
Standard of breakfast needs to be improved as it was quite below average. Cold stale bakery items and piza slices that looks awkward, couldn't had courage to eat them. Egg omelette were highly bland/tasteless, couldn't bring it down without salt and pepper on it.
