    Très déçu… au moment du Check-in j’ai gentillement demandé si c’était possible d’avoir une meilleure chambre, on m’a tout simplement répondu que la politique du groupe était de faire l’argent donc pas d’upgrade sans supplément. J’ai ensuite eu une grosse fuite d’eau dans la chambre à cause de la douche et on ne m’a pas changé de chambre. (Preuves en photo) La Climatisé ne fonctionne pas bien den la chambre surtout l’après-midi. Le deuxième jour je n’ai pas eu d’eau ni de capsule de café dans ma chambre lors du house keeping. Le petit déjeuner est passable, très peu de choix. Mon premier jour à la piscine le personnel de la piscine n’était pas présent pour me donner des serviettes. Avec un autre voyageur nous avons dû chercher des serviettes dans les placards de l’hôtel….

    For the price of this hotel room, I was very disappointed that the room was very uncomfortably hot while we were sleeping. There was no AC working. And we had to open the sliding door to let air inside and then we were disturbed by the sounds of the outside street life. Not a pleasant stay for such a high price.
