Rooms Milano Duomo

Very nice place. Loved the location and comfort. Elevator is very small. However, the stairs are ok if you can manage.

Superb location just a stones throw from the Duomo. Very handy for the metro from there too - just a two minute walk away! Room was clean and spacious although the walls could really do with painting and the door was a little stiff! Very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Check out instructions could be clearer - thankfully the other apartment staff were super friendly and on site so they helped me out! Clean, comfy and well located so would definitely return.

Room was quite nice. Location awesome. 100 paces to the Duomo. Check-in was unique. Not a hotel with a front desk. Gentleman escorted us to pay visitor tax. Then he took our bags into the tiniest elevator i’ve ever seen. We walked up the stairs (just choice, not because we couldn’t use the elevator). Met him and went into our room. Had 2 issues. 1). The air conditioner controller had a U8 error on it. Talked to a girl who came and gave us 2 door keys. She said she would get someone to look at it. Room was about 5C warmer than the hallway. Being April we could open the balcony door and the bedroom door to cool the room off. Had a call the next day while in the Duomo museum (P.s. museum staff are pretty fast at shaming you when you talk on your phone). Told the girl to let a technician into the room to look at the controller. Came back to the room and the controller and it now had no power. Just gave up, opened doors for an hour. I know Italy has air conditioning restrictions but can the unit run on fan mode? The next morning we left. The girls in the room beside us also had no power on the controller. They didn’t seem impressed either. 2) the shower had low pressure and the hot water lasted about 2 minutes. Didn’t get a shower both days. Maybe I am rating this higher than I should - based on room appearance and location.
