Excellent location, great room and wonderful air conditioning on very hot days.

A supremely well located property, literally just around the corern from the Duomo. And given its central location, it was also surprisingly quiet, which was great. It is not a "standard" hotel so you have to wait in the lobby before being shown to your room, but the off-site staff arrived within a few minutes. The room was large and for our one night stay it offered everything we needed and was comfy. We'd stay here again

The location was very central to everything, which I loved. The coffee and water in my room was nice.

The hot water ran out fast. There was trolly noise which can't be helped when you are so close to them, but the hotel did supply you with ear plugs which was nice of them.

The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow options. We were pleased to see water was provided in the room. This was refilled in the fridge daily. Tea and Coffee making facilities exist, and shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. The room has a nice view overlooking the street in central Milan. The location is excellent right near restaurants and the metro station Duomo. This is only 10 mins max from Milan Central.

There is no reception on site. You need to buzz them and they come from another hotel to let you in. This took close to 10 minutes on check in, and over 20 minutes waiting for us to collect our bags after we’d checked out. The other reception workers who are at the hotel on the same site linger around the entrance. Waiting an indefinite amount of time, not knowing when the staff would arrive, was a very strange experience. Not one we’ve had at any of the other similar apartments/rooms we’ve been to in Italy. The shower did not heat up consistently. In the morning, we could have a hot shower, but in the evening, it would not warm up. Nothing we could do about it, it just seemed that the hot water had run out. This happened on both nights we were there. The bathroom needs a deep clean, as the shower was starting to get mouldy in the corners. It is noisy, especially during the time we were there which happened to be a music festival at the duomo! No negative on the hotel for this, but I’d recommend googling if there is anything on there before booking as there was loud music noise until 10pm.
