The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo. The tiny lift actually adds to the character and charm of the stay, and we loved it! The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They were also kind enough to look after our luggage after check-out, which made our departure much easier. Oh and recommend the bistro downstairs, they have the best Aperol Spritz!

The property was well located. Very close to the center. Lots of sites and restaurants within walking distance. We got a kick out of the interesting elevator! The facilities were clean and spacious.
The property was as advertised nothing to fault.

The location is fantastic for walking to Duomo, sites, and transportation.
Noisy (ear plugs provided), but trade worth making for location.
