Excellent stuff, very friendly and welcoming. Location is 10/10, Just few steps from Duomo. The surrounding area is full of great restaurants and historical sites. The room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast met our expectations and those of our 3-year-old son
The cleanliness needs improvement. Although the room was generally very clean, after 10 minutes of running around without socks, our little one's feet turned dark gray. That's the only downside we noticed.

Location and accessibility
The bedsheets were not clean, they had blood dots and we figured out too late first night. We were staying for two nights only, so the next day they were changed with torn bedsheets.
The staff was nice, but I felt the hygiene of the room wasn’t considered.
