    5-star experience from check-in to check-out! The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived much earlier than the official check-in time and originally just wanted to leave our luggage and use the restroom first. But to our surprise, they told us that our room was already prepared and that we could already check in, leave our things, and freshen up right away. That small gesture made a huge difference for us after traveling. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We also appreciated all the complimentary drinks provided — free wine, soft drinks, still water, and sparkling water — which made the stay feel extra welcoming and thoughtful. The bathroom was also very spacious, which we really liked. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. Another big plus is the location. The hotel is very close to the places we needed to visit, making it super convenient to get around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend Victor Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Excellent service, clean rooms, thoughtful extras, and a perfect location!

    Do not book this hotel. There is no person at the reception desk. We called the phone number on the instruction to enter the hotel for more than 1 hour. Nobody answered. And this was past midnight waiting in the cold outside the building. Our ‘luck’ was having another guest arriving with her card and she let us through. Our card was waiting at an empty reception desk. Nobody called us back or emailed until next day about the fact they had 9 missed calls from us. We left the hotel at 10am, left the card, again at an empty desk. But we did get an email complaining at 12pm stating we had not check out yet. Never again !!!
