No parking. Was not told we had to book it beforehand. Additionally we were put on 3rd floor with no elevator access. We had a lot of luggage and now had to carry it all up the stairs from across the street.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Room was good but had a funky layout. Utilization of space was out of balance. A number of items needed some TLC. Overall it was functional. Reasonably safe area. Secure parking was limited so we needed to park in the street. Parking in Hamilton is a little tricky with varying systems and times of enforcement. Staff at hotel were warm and friendly.

The room was clean. I liked the idea of the clothes washing machine but did not use it. They said there was breakfast, and I guess they did. Yoghurt, bread, butter and juice were in the refrigerator. They said there was parking but I was told it was full my entire stay, so I guess there was not parking. But it was quiet and the staff seemed nice.

After booking the room advertised for 3 people we were advised there was only one bed and that a roll away would not fit and supposedly moved to a bigger room. We were charged extra per night for the roll away. The room we had booked was plenty big enough for a roll away and the room should never have been able to take 3 people if it can only have one king bed in it. We feel we were tricked into making the booking and then unnecessarily upsold.

Room is clean and good location, however the room is cold at night in July season and air condition is not warm enough even increased the temp to 28 heat. There are some homeless people living next to the building.

Great location and fantastic staff! Only issue in room is dryer door was falling off (I forgot to tell front desk when we left). Parking is tight; difficult to turn around, I’ve never been a fan of car stacking, but we didn’t have any issues. Everything else was great!

All good except the 3rd floor No lift access. The rooms are big, clean and have all the amenities. The place is nearby to many restaurants. All and all quite and convenient place.

Friendly staff and good location. Evidently an old building that has been well remodelled. However, our room 110, with only one high window could be very problematic if there was an emergency. Really should be better equipped.

I loved this area, having stayed by the port the last time. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The front desk was helpful and friendly. They had umbrellas in a stand for guests. Up the street are lovely restaurants, shops and pubs.

Well equipped room. We only stayed overnight so didnt use all facilities available. Was complete with washer/dryer, compact kitchen including dishwasher. Liked the heated towel rack. Had massive bay windows. Great size tv. Although room wasnt huge it was spacious enough to cope with 2 large suitcases.

This is a basic apartment with in-unit kitchenette and laundry. The little restaurants next door on London st are quite good for breakfast and lunch.

The elevator is extremely small and luggage and people both won’t fit. Had to load luggage on trolley and send up to floor 2 then run up stairs to meet, THEN no elevator from floor 2 to 3 so hand hauled luggage up stairs to 3rd floor. Limited parking with hydraulic lifts so if your car is on the upper lift and some stranger below, and the staff is gone for the day you are stuck. Walking is only option then. Property is dated, and not as nice as other Quest properties we have stayed at.

Walking to FMG Stadium for games is a breeze, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. The carpet has seen better days, but everything else is in great shape. That said, even with the air conditioning switched off, there was a persistent hum—light sleepers might find this annoying!

Handy location, easy walk to shopping and dining, etc, place seems run down except for the lobby and common areas. Strange door off one room that leads to the roof, which also didn’t close properly. No view, can only look out at the services to the building. Not a bad price for a family of 5, but expected better for the ratings
