Neat, clean comfortable but quite spartan, with no affordable parking.

Easy booking and check-in. Room tidy and adequate for one night stay. A second chair would have been good but I suppose there is just not enough space.

The surprise after already booked to find that parking was another $43 a day! I had to park at the Cassino to save $8! Very inconvenient.

Great hotel, good location to walk the city center and river walk. Delicious breakfast.

The room was spacious with a nice view of the river below. We were warmly received at check-in. The bedroom bed was comfortable and the furnishings suitable. We had no complaints. The breakfast was delicious.

Great stay in heart of Hamilton

Great location. Right in the city. Breakfast was really good to get you started in the day. Staff all super friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Not a biggie, Think room cleaning and check out processes could be synced up a bit better. On day of check out, just before check out time, two sets of cleaners seperately came by the room asking to clean the room. Thought they might know what day a person is checked out and when. Beds slightly on the softer side but still able to sleep.

Couple staycation

The staff were friendly. Location of the hotel was great. Breakfast was satisfying most especially the freshly prepared pancakes.

Small bathroom and toilet. It could have been better if they extended the lavatory a bit to align with the shower to give that illusion of added space. All in one hand wash, facial wash, and shampoo with no hair conditioner.

Recently refurbished (Covid time) - looked new. Helpful friendly staff Great breakfast; balcony overlooking river. The dining, reception and social space all flowed as indoor-outdoor.

No real dislikes. Slight circuitous route needed by taxis to cross the river to Claudlands - a fault in the rout, not the making of the hotel.

The room was very clean and modern. The location was great, very central. The restaurant/bar area and balcony were brilliant.

Perfectly fine for one night, but not much longer!

Good location, close to restaurants and near the river. Clean, and modern. Valet parking for $40 a night was very convenient. Large selection for the breakfast buffet.

Fit out is quite cheap. Walls are very thin (you can hear the toilet flushing in the next door room). Bedding and facilities in the room are meagre (only two pillows on a queen bed and very basic toiletries).

Easy to get to, right beside the Lake. In the heart of the shopping district close to shops, eating and drinking facilities. Just park the car at the hotel and you can explore the whole area.

There was noting I didn’t like. It was perfect for us.
