The studio room was clean and comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. Conveniently located near the mall and shops and surprisingly quiet for a weekend stay. I arrived later than planned close to 7pm and they nicely had my room already heated up on a cold night which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room, staff are welcoming though no free self parking available onsite. Rooms are spacious, comfy bed and decent sized bathroom, doesn’t feel too cramped.

Check in closed at 4pm - it seems a little early for people who are travelling. Reception had been informed we would arrive later than 4pm and a parking spot was booked.
On arrival we received an envelope with our details. A parking place had NOT been reserved as requested. Emergency receptionist was contacted but told that no reservation had been made and the car park was full. We had to park in a nearby paid parking station. On checking out I was informed that a parking spot HAD been reserved for us. I was assured the parking fee would be removed from our bill.
On arrival at our room our room keycard did not work. The duty manager was notified and arrived 30 minutes later to resolve the issue. Once in our room, everything was great, nice room with good amenities.
I would be happy to recommend the property as it is very central with good amenities. It would have been even better if the administrative aspects had run more smoothly as we had travelled nearly 5hrs so the delays were somewhat frustrating.
