5 stars! Beautiful hotel with first class service. They had a kids center for kids and an onsite petting area with various animals. Their breakfast and dinner buffets were also amazing and the room views are spectacular!

My stay at Padma Resort Ubud was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the top five hotels I have experienced across the 40 countries I have visited and more than 150 hotels I have stayed in worldwide.
From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff provided an incredibly warm and personalised experience that immediately made us feel welcome. I only wish we had arrived earlier to fully appreciate everything the resort has to offer.
The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one could need. The bathroom products were of excellent quality and beautifully scented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows were among the best I have experienced during my travels.
The pool area was absolutely breathtaking. From the dedicated children’s section to the swim-up bar, every detail was impressive. The infinity pool overlooking the surrounding jungle created a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The bar staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and happily prepared customised drinks that were not even listed on the menu, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast was equally impressive, offering an extensive buffet selection with something for everyone. The panoramic views from the breakfast area elevated the experience even further.
Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to explore the resort’s on-site farm and zoo facilities. Looking back, I wish we had allocated more time to staying at the resort
