We loved everything about this hotel. The jungle-like location was magical and so tranquil. The room was extremely comfortable, with the complementary snacks and drinks being a lovely touch. The two infinity pools were simply divine with amazing jungle views - they were both so peaceful. The staff were incredible. In particular, we had amazing service from Nusa and Rena in Kirana restaurant. They were incredibly attentive, especially regarding our son’s nut allergy. At the front desk, Krishna and Era were so welcoming and helpful. We have travelled a lot and this stands out as a stunning hotel experience. We highly recommend it.
Nothing - we loved everything!
